Mission Statement

The mission of Joyce United Methodist Church is to be accessible to all people regardless of age, race, nationality, creed, sexual orientation, income or ability. We will nurture spiritual transformation through relationship with God in Christ, developing disciples to be servants of God in the community.

Building Use & Rentals

Conveniently located in Uptown Minneapolis, Joyce United Methodist Church has many options for groups looking for meeting space. We offer the sanctuary, which seats 500 people. We also have a parlor on the first floor which will seat approximately 150 people and has a kitchenette attached. The first floor is handicapped accessible.

Upstairs, we have an open room with a short stage, as well as a quiet study.

We offer special rates to sacred groups, non-profits and 501c3′s and welcome commercial inquiries as well. Church members have free use of the building. If the member is willing to set up, clean up, and close up, custodial fees would apply only if needed. Reservations are needed to secure any space.
