Joyce United Methodist Church offers a free spiritual springboard on the first Saturday of each month, except for January and July. They start at 7 p.m. and we offer free coffee and treats.
June 6th Coffeehouse Event...
Joyce Church (31st & Fremont in Uptown) invites you to its Spiritual Springboard Coffeehouse on Saturday, June 6, at 7 PM: "How Does Your Garden Grow?" This event will welcome the imminent summer through the art of paper-making. Participants will create paper laced with flower seeds, which can then be made into greeting cards and ultimately placed in a garden. The discussion will center around the spiritual aspects of gardening and how we might carry that bounty into our daily lives.
There will be treats, coffee, and spirited conversation as well. It's free! Bring a friend - all are welcome!
